Great book!

I've been looking for something to lose my weight without counting calories, weighing my food, checking portions .... basically for something that is easy to follow.
The diet does look like it requires a bit of will power but then doesn't any "diet". It also looks like there should be no reason at all that this should not work.
I like the content which is in an easy to read and understand format. There are charts to check your start weight, set targets as well as a maintenance plan once target weight is achieved.
The author has done a great job laying this out, describing the QWL and answering all questions. Direct and to the point. If you are serious about losing unwanted pounds (and plenty of it), then do yourself a favor, download this book.

Short diet book and very to the point

I just got this diet book and I really enjoyed the fact that it got right to the heart of the matter without all the usual big promises or just nonsense filler that is so often connected with many diet books. It is blunt in its information and tells you exactly what you need to do, but not necessarily what you might want to hear. So if you are sincere in wanting to lose weight and ready to follow through to get real results I think you should give this book a try! I know I am!

last diet?

Been on many diets that did not work. Became so frustrated that I quit monitoring my food intake and gained even more weight. The Quick Weight Loss Diet is easy to read and follow and may be my last diet.
